Menu Plan Monday

I've GOT to cook everyday this week. Too much $$ spent last week on out to eat since there were a TON of away from home activities in the evenings and we were gone Thursday-Saturday.

This week's plan:

Breakfast options:Sausage & Cheese biscuits
Bagel/Egg/Cheese sandwiches
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Muffins with yogurt
Breakfast burritos
Cereal
Pancakes/Bacon/Eggs

Lunch options:Leftovers
Chicken Fried Rice
Beef taquitos
Steak hoagies
PB&J banana roll-ups
Ramen & egg rolls

Dinners:
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches/baked beans/salad
Shredded chipotle beef tacos, corn, chips & guacamole salsa (tried both links previously and LOVE LOVE LOVE!)
Chicken tortilla soup, sopapillas
Mongolian beef, coconut rice, roasted snow peas, egg rolls
Penne Pasta with tomato cream sauce, Angel chicken, roasted green beans, breadsticksTomato Basil Soup & Grilled Cheese
