Operation Detox and Meal Plan Monday

I'm in a full body detox right now. Watching what goes in and working on getting toxins out. I'm hoping that this little thing I'm doing will make marked improvements in my well-being and feeling. Haven't felt the best lately. Let's just say gaining 8 pounds in 2 weeks WHILE EXERCISING AND DIETING will do something like that! (you just gotta laugh rather than cry, right? Obviously SOMETHING is going on with my body, but since I can't see my new doctor until July 26th, something must be done NOW!)

So - while detoxing, I'll be eating a bit of what I fix the family but not everything.

Here's the menu plan for this week (all bread items are gluten-free, if I'm eating):

Breakfast:
Biscuit Sandwiches
Crepes/fruit/yogurt
Oatmeal/toast
Super Power Muffins (going to attempt a gluten-free version)
Waffles/berries/fresh cream. Here's another waffle recipe I might try.

Lunches:
Homemade Demo's Soup (leftovers)
Grilled burgers/sweet potato fries
Taco salad
Ramen/egg rolls/egg drop soup
Paninis/celery/fruit

Dinners:
Tilapia/Creamy Risotto/Squash/Salad w/ lettuce from the garden!
Black beans/chicken sausage/rice/chow chow/corn
Grilled Italian Chicken/Salad/Roasted red potatoes/green beans
"Fried" rice/Asian beef/Roasted snow peas/grilled honey-glazed carrots
Chicken Picatta (gluten-free version)/pasta/corn on cob
Black bean tacos/spanish rice
